1. No Guarantee of Order Acceptance
Submitting a request, form, design, quote inquiry, or payment inquiry does not guarantee that Pressing Merch will accept, produce, or fulfill the requested work. We reserve the right to review each project before accepting it.
2. Faith-Based Content and Service Boundaries
Pressing Merch is a Christian business. We aim to treat every person with dignity, kindness, and respect. We do not reject people, and we do not discriminate against customers. However, we may decline certain messages, artwork, designs, images, or service requests that conflict with our Christian faith, conscience, values, business standards, or production policies.
A decision to decline a particular design or project is based on the content of the requested work, not hatred, rejection, or discrimination against any person or group.
3. Content We May Decline
We may decline projects that include or promote:
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or adult content
- Hateful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Violence, illegal activity, or harmful behavior
- Profanity, vulgar language, or offensive messaging
- Content contrary to our Christian convictions
- Content that attacks, mocks, or demeans religious beliefs
- Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission
- False, misleading, defamatory, or harmful claims
- Projects that exceed our equipment, material, timing, or design capabilities
4. Custom Product Results
We work hard to produce quality custom products, but final results may vary. Differences may occur due to screen display, product shape, material, lighting, color settings, print method, heat transfer, sublimation, vinyl, DTF, or other production factors.
5. Mockups Are Previews Only
Mockups, digital previews, product images, and design proofs are provided to help visualize the final product. They are not exact guarantees of final color, size, placement, texture, or finish.
6. Customer-Submitted Content
Customers are responsible for all content they submit. Pressing Merch is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, or legal issues caused by customer-submitted artwork, photos, logos, names, text, or designs.
7. No Professional Legal or Intellectual Property Advice
Pressing Merch does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, trademark review, or intellectual property verification. If you are unsure whether you have permission to use a design, logo, phrase, image, or artwork, please consult the appropriate professional before submitting it.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party tools for forms, payments, shipping, analytics, email, hosting, and other services. Pressing Merch is not responsible for outages, delays, errors, policies, or actions of third-party service providers.
9. Website Information
We try to keep our website accurate and up to date, but product descriptions, pricing, availability, turnaround times, and service details may change without notice. Website information should not be treated as a final guarantee until confirmed by Pressing Merch.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
Pressing Merch is not responsible for damages, losses, delays, missed deadlines, incorrect customer-submitted details, low-quality uploaded artwork, third-party shipping issues, payment processor issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
