The terms and conditions for using Pressing Merch services, website, products, and custom order process.

1. About Pressing Merch
Pressing Merch provides custom printing, personalized merchandise, drinkware, apparel, gifts, promotional products, design assistance, and related services.
2. Christian Business Values and Respect for All Customers
Pressing Merch is operated with Christian values, including honesty, respect, kindness, fairness, and service. We serve customers from all backgrounds and do not discriminate against customers based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, religion, marital status, or other protected characteristics.
At the same time, we reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any design, artwork, wording, image, project, service request, or order that conflicts with our values, business standards, production capabilities, legal obligations, or faith-based convictions. A refusal to produce specific content does not mean we reject, hate, or discriminate against any person or group.
3. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order or request, including but not limited to content that we believe is:
- Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
- Hateful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Promoting violence, illegal activity, or harmful conduct
- Blasphemous, anti-Christian, or contrary to our faith convictions
- Defamatory or invasive of another person’s rights
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, logos, or intellectual property
- Politically extreme, inflammatory, or likely to create conflict or safety concerns
- Outside our production ability, equipment limits, turnaround time, or business capacity
4. Custom Artwork and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted designs, logos, artwork, photos, phrases, names, and files are accurate and legally usable. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
5. Artwork Approval
For custom orders, we may send a design proof or mockup for review. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, colors, layout, size, placement, and design details before approval. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees.
6. Product Colors, Mockups, and Variations
Product images and mockups are for preview purposes only. Actual colors, print placement, size, brightness, and appearance may vary due to screen settings, product material, printing process, lighting, and production differences.
7. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment
Prices may vary depending on product type, quantity, design complexity, materials, rush timing, and customization needs. A quote is not final until confirmed by Pressing Merch. Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.
8. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to artwork issues, customer response time, supply availability, equipment issues, shipping delays, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Refunds, Returns, and Custom Orders
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund unless Pressing Merch determines that an error was made on our part. We review concerns case by case.
10. Order Cancellation
If production has not started, cancellation may be possible. Once materials are purchased, artwork is prepared, or production has begun, cancellation may be limited or unavailable.
11. Intellectual Property
Pressing Merch retains ownership of original designs, layouts, concepts, templates, mockups, and creative work created by us unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers retain ownership of their own submitted artwork and logos.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, interfere with checkout or forms, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
13. Limitation of Liability
Pressing Merch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of our website, products, services, third-party tools, delays, or custom order outcomes.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
